These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Inventory Manager mobile application provided by LDH Technology. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the App

You may use Inventory Manager only for lawful business or personal inventory management purposes. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter into the app, including inventory records, product details, and stock movements. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials where applicable.

3. Intellectual Property

Inventory Manager, including its software, design, branding, and related content, is owned by LDH Technology. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

4. Service Availability

LDH Technology may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time to improve functionality, security, or compliance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

5. Data and Backups

While we may take reasonable measures to maintain service reliability, you remain responsible for reviewing and, where necessary, keeping backups of important business data stored in the app.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LDH Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from your use of or inability to use Inventory Manager.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the app, or create risks to the service, other users, or LDH Technology.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
