Data Deletion Request

If you want LDH Technology to delete your data associated with the Inventory Manager mobile application, you may submit a data deletion request by email.

1. How to Request Deletion

Send your request to ldh@ldhtechnology.com using the subject line "Inventory Manager Data Deletion Request".

2. Information to Include

Your full name.
Your registered email address or account identifier.
Your company or store name, if applicable.
A brief description of the data you want deleted.

3. Verification

We may need to verify your identity before processing the request to protect account security and prevent unauthorized deletion.

4. Processing Time

We will review deletion requests within a reasonable period. Some data may be retained where required by law, security needs, dispute resolution, or legitimate operational purposes.

5. Scope of Deletion

Once processed, applicable account and app-related personal data will be deleted or anonymized to the extent reasonably possible, unless retention is legally required.
